RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
– Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
– Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
– Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information
– Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow
– Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in using Best Practice medical software and computer systems
– Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
